Shipping policy

With this SHIPPING POLICY YOU UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

All products are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.  If the item is sold out we will refund you the item price minus a fee for administration cost.

Shipping cost of your order are non-refundable and can be based on :

1   the weight of the items you order

2   your location; Our operation covers mostly the USA, Canada and Mexico. If you are  in a location not mentioned above please contact us at  sales@glamworldonline.com and we will get back to you for a shipping quote.

The date of your delivery may vary due to

1  carrier shipping practices

2  delivery location

3  method of delivery

4  quantity of items ordered and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. 

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, customs duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must claim by contacting us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Unfortunately if this deadline has passed we are not in the position to process your claim.
